How we think about pricing
You should pay for what an agent actually does — memories it writes and recalls it runs — not for the number of people on your team. The free tier is meant to carry a real project, not just a toy. As usage grows, cost should track it linearly with no surprise cliffs, and moving off inra should never mean rewriting your app: the SDK surface is two calls and your data is exportable.
Pricing FAQ
How is a "recall" counted?
One recall() call is one billable recall, regardless of how many memories it returns. Writes are counted per add(). Exact per-unit rates ship with launch and will be listed here — no rate is hidden behind a sales call for the Free and Pro tiers.
What happens if I exceed the free tier?
Nothing breaks silently. You'll be notified as you approach the limit; you can either upgrade to Pro to keep going or stay within the free ceiling. We don't auto-charge a free account.
Can I move my data out later?
Yes. Stored memories are exportable, and the Enterprise tier can self-host or run in your own cloud. The recall layer is deliberately a thin surface so you're never locked in.
